SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please Note: Our shipping varies depending on the processing time, current work load and your shipping address. After you place your order, it goes into the processing period which usually takes between 1-3 business days (does not include weekends or holidays) once your order is done processing then it is ready for shipping.
Please allow a 1-3 business day time frame for us to process your order from the day the order is placed. Regardless of method of shipment selected.
We are not responsible for any orders lost in transit nor are we responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transit. If your package was lost, you would need to contact the shipping carrier and provide them with the tracking # that was sent to you once we shipped your order. Please note this becomes a matter between the customer and the shipping carrier. We can not replace your package because it was lost, it is a risk we all take when ordering online. It is rare but be aware this can happen.
All shoes ship without boxes. Please be aware before placing the order.
NIS ITEMS:If an item is found to be NIS from you order, we will issue a refund for that item at the time of shipment. Please allow a standard 3- 10 business days to see the refund post to your bank account. Thank you!
PREORDER ITEMS: If your order contains a PREORDER item, we will not be shipping your order separately. We will ship all items in the order that your preorder items arrives.
Store: Website prices and store prices vary. The same promotions do not apply. Orders placed online are not exchangeable in store.
